Each course is designed according to your goals and the duration of the program cycle that you choose. Programs range from a cycle of one month, to twelve months, to a lifelong commitment. Fundamentals to Strength Training

 

This introductory course is dedicated to teaching you the foundational movement patterns such as the squat, lunge, overhead press, dead-lift, and row. This further allows you to fix small technical issues that may have obstructed you from progressing in your workout regimen.

Intro to Cardiovascular Exercise for Fat-loss

 

'Cardio' is often focused on treadmills, stair-masters and rowing machines - this course is to re-direct your focus to breathing properly and using your aerobic system as your main source of burning fat for fuel. We'll also cover the activation of the correct muscles so that you're exercising with your body as a whole versus putting unintended stress onto your tendons and joints.

Prenatal & Postpartum Specialized Training

 

Exercising before, during and after pregnancy benefits you and your baby's health tremendously. Doing it properly may be a little tricky for someone who's never done it before! This course provides pre-natal and post-partum women with more information on what to do, what not to do, and how to progress in an exercise regimen specific to their lifestyle endeavors.
