Program Structure
This remote 1:1 training package includes 12 private sessions based on a 4-6 week training cycle and is delivered virtually and structured to support consistency, precision, and long-term physical progress.
Sessions are conducted as 30-minute appointments and may be combined into six 60-minute sessions when appropriate, based on training goals, scheduling preferences, and program design.
Training 2–3 times per week is recommended to support progressive adaptation, consistency, and sustainable results.

Scheduling & Policies
- Programs are individualized and finalized following consultation.
- Sessions are scheduled a 24 hours in advance.
