Program Structure

This private in-home training package includes 24 individual sessions and is structured as a 8-12 week training cycle. It is designed to support consistent progress through tailored programming, individualized attention, and long-term physical development.

 

Sessions are delivered over an extended training period and organized according to frequency to allow for proper adaptation, recovery, and sustainable results.

 

Training 2–3 times per week is recommended to support progressive adaptation, consistency, and sustainable results.

 

Session Format

Each session is conducted one-on-one in the client’s home, with programming tailored to current capacity, movement quality, and personal goals.

 

60-Minute Session Structure

  • Targeted warm-up and mobility preparation

  • Progressive strength and conditioning work

  • Technique refinement, cueing, and movement efficiency

  • Optional recovery-focused stretching and breathwork
     

Session structure and emphasis may shift as needed based on individual progress and performance.
