Program Structure
This 12-session engagement is structured as a 4–6 week training cycle, based on selected frequency and group size (up to six participants).
Training 2–3 times per week is recommended to support progressive adaptation, consistency, and sustainable results.
Travel fees are included within validated areas of Greater Los Angeles.
A fitness consultation is required prior to booking.
Session Format (60 Minutes)
Each private training session is thoughtfully structured to support performance, recovery, and long-term physical integrity:
5 minutes – Warm-up & mobility preparation
10 minutes – Core integration and/or cardiovascular conditioning
40 minutes – Targeted strength and movement training
5 minutes – Breathwork and guided stretching (optional)
Session flow may be adjusted based on individual needs and training priorities.

Scheduling & Policies
- Programs are personalized and finalized following consultation.
- Sessions are scheduled 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session in order to qualify for a make-up session.
