Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Tenoverall (“Tenoverall,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing services, submitting an inquiry, or participating in training, you agree to the following terms.

Services Provided

Tenoverall offers private, consultation-based functional movement and strength training services, delivered in-home, on-site, or remotely. All programs are individualized and structured for long-term consistency, safety, and progression.

Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Individual training

  • Couples or small group training

  • Remote training

  • Corporate or organizational services

  • Nutrition coaching (when applicable)
     

Consultation & Program Structure

All new clients begin with a private consultation. Program recommendations, frequency, and duration are determined based on assessment, goals, and scope of care.

Tenoverall does not operate as a single-session or drop-in service. All engagements are structured as programs or packages unless otherwise specified.
 

Health & Medical Disclaimer

Clients acknowledge that participation in physical training involves inherent risks. By engaging in services, clients affirm that:

  • They are medically cleared for physical activity, or

  • They have disclosed all relevant medical conditions, injuries, medications, or limitations prior to beginning services.

Tenoverall does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Clients are advised to consult with a licensed medical professional before beginning any exercise program.
 

Client Responsibility

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate health and personal information

  • Communicate changes in health, injury, or condition

  • Follow coaching guidance for safe execution of movements

  • Respect scheduling commitments and policies

Failure to disclose relevant medical or health information may increase risk and limits Tenoverall’s responsibility.
 

Scheduling & Attendance

Sessions are scheduled in advance to maintain consistency and program structure.

A minimum notice of 24 hours is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be forfeited, as outlined in the engagement agreement provided upon onboarding.

Tenoverall reserves the right to adjust scheduling due to unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice provided whenever possible.
 

Payments & Packages

  • All services are sold as packages unless otherwise stated.

  • Packages are non-refundable once purchased.

  • Packages are non-transferable unless explicitly stated.

  • Payment is required prior to service delivery.

Unused sessions expire according to the terms outlined at the time of purchase.
 

Travel & Location

In-home and on-site services are available within validated areas of Greater Los Angeles. Travel fees are included where applicable and confirmed during consultation.

Remote services require appropriate space, equipment (if applicable), and reliable internet access on the client’s end.
 

Corporate & Group Services

Corporate, residential community, and organizational services are structured based on group size, frequency, and scope. Rates are not publicly listed and require direct inquiry.

Separate agreements may apply for corporate or group engagements.
 

Liability Waiver

Clients voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in physical training activities. Tenoverall, its trainers, and affiliates shall not be held liable for injury, loss, or damages except in cases of gross negligence.

Participation indicates acceptance of these risks.
 

Privacy & Confidentiality

All client information is handled discreetly and used solely for service-related purposes. Tenoverall does not sell or share personal information with third parties except as required by law.
 

Intellectual Property

All programming materials, training methods, written content, and branding are the intellectual property of Tenoverall and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written consent.
 

Right to Refuse or Terminate Services

Tenoverall reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at its discretion if client conduct, non-compliance, or safety concerns arise.
 

Modifications to Terms

Tenoverall reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
 

Participation in services indicates acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
