FAQ
Frequently asked questions answered here.
What is the first step to getting started?
All new clients begin with a private consultation. This allows us to understand your goals, movement history, lifestyle, and any considerations that may impact training. From there, an individualized plan and recommended package are discussed.
Do you offer single sessions?
Tenoverall operates on a structured, program-based model. Packages are designed to support consistency, progression, and long-term results rather than one-off sessions. This approach ensures a higher standard of care and accountability. However, we do offer a single trial session rate of $135 which includes a private, in-person assessment combined with private training up to 60 minutes.
Where do sessions take place?
Training is delivered privately:
-
In-home (residential sessions)
-
On-site for businesses, organizations, or communities
-
Remotely (virtual sessions)
Location and formats are determined based on client preference and scope of care.
Who do you typically work with?
Tenoverall works with:
-
Professionals and executives
-
Families and stay-at-home parents
-

Programs are adapted to meet clients where they are—physically and lifestyle-wise.
Is this appropriate for beginners or older adults?
Yes. Programs are designed across a wide spectrum of ability levels. Emphasis is placed on safety, form, joint health, posture, and gradual progression—particularly for older adults or those returning to movement after time away.
How are programs customized?
Programs are developed based on:
-
Movement assessment
-
Postural and mobility considerations
-
Health history and current limitations
-
Goals related to strength, longevity, or recovery
-
Training frequency and lifestyle demands
Customization is ongoing and evolves as the client progresses.
Do you work with injuries or chronic conditions?
Tenoverall incorporates corrective exercise principles and works within safe, appropriate parameters. Clients with injuries, chronic pain, or medical considerations are accommodated when cleared for exercise. Collaboration with medical professionals is encouraged when applicable.
Are travel fees included?
Travel fees are included for validated areas within Greater Los Angeles. Location is confirmed during consultation.
Can packages be shared?
Couples and small group packages are available when participants train together consistently. Individual packages are non-transferable.
Do you offer corporate or community training?
Yes. Corporate, residential community, and organizational services are available and structured based on group size, frequency, and objectives. These services require inquiry and are not listed with fixed rates.
How is scheduling handled?
Sessions are scheduled based on mutual availability and established in advance to maintain consistency. Preferred training times are discussed during consultation.
What is your cancellation policy?
A minimum notice of 24 hours is required for rescheduling or cancellation. Specific policies are outlined upon engagement and are designed to respect both client time and professional commitment.
Do you offer nutrition coaching?
Nutrition coaching is available as a structured, short-term service and may be paired with training when appropriate.
Is purchasing through the website required?
