Tofu and Seasonal Veggie Stir-fry, Quinoa and Rice Mix
Remove lid and cover with a moist towel or napkin. Heat for 1 minute and open to stir content. Heat for another 45 seconds to 1 minute and 30 seconds.
Heat at 350 degrees for 3-4 minutes. Check occasionally to stir content.
